    – 1 Keong Saik Rd, Singapore.

For customized classes, these can be held at our location, at our facilities partner location on Robinson Rd, Singapore, at a corporate location or in a hotel – dependent on corporate requirements.

  • How do I register?

Places on the programs are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis after completing the online application form, taking into consideration the applicant’s level, objectives and the diversity of the class. We recommend that you submit your completed application as early as possible, preferably six weeks prior to the program start date. Your application will be reviewed and we will advise you on the outcome as soon as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about which program may best suit your objectives or for any additional information.

  • What is a typical participant profile?

Participants typically have a minimum of four years work experience and tend to be mid to upper level managers (with or without direct reports), coming from every discipline, size and type of organization. This includes private companies, not-for-profits and government services.

  • How challenging are the programs?

The emphasis is on helping you reach your peak of excellence and accelerating your career goals, which is why even MBA graduates take the program to refresh their knowledge base and specialized managers take it to broaden their
expertise. If you have any questions about your ability to complete the program, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • Is there homework?

There is usually a 3-8 hours of pre-course reading or videos (depending on the module). This is to prepare you for the materials that will be covered in the course. There is also typically a final group presentation or project, however you will be given time to complete this as part of your course.

  • How long is a Mini-MBA?

The Rutgers Business School Mini-MBA is delivered across 3 modules. In a full-time format, this is 3 separate 2 day programs. Modules are generally offered every 1-2 months.

  • Who is a Mini-MBA for?

A mini-MBA can be for mid to senior level people who are looking to expand their knowledge – either to keep updated in a particular field, or to expand to encompass new roles they have taken on, or for personal development.

  • Why wouldn’t I just study a MBA or specialized Masters?

MBA and specialized masters programs are certainly relevant and are useful for sustained learning and deep thinking – Mini-MBAs have a role to keep those that have completed their MBAs/Masters up to date with recent business practices, or who need to learn expertise in different fields. That is why Rutgers Business Schools offer these programs at such deep discounts to our alumni – it’s a way to ensure our graduates are current and relevant.

That doesn’t mean you need to be a Rutgers Alumni to attend, however. We offer the benefits of a Mini-MBA curriculum in both open enrolment programs as well as for customized clients.
