This intensive course in Supply Chain Resilience equips participants with the knowledge and tools to build a resilient supply chain capable of withstanding disruptions. We will explore strategic procurement management, sourcing strategies, supply chain risk management frameworks, and market analysis techniques. Through interactive lectures, case studies, and group discussions, participants will develop actionable strategies to mitigate risk, ensure business continuity, and thrive in today’s dynamic business environment.
