Cancellations must be received in writing prior to a program’s start date.

| 7-14 days prior | 85% refund, or 100% transfer credit with no fee (valid for 12 months) |
| 6-1 days prior | No refund, or 100% transfer credit with no fee (valid for 12 months) |
| Start date | No refund, no transfer |
Transfer requests must be received in writing.
Please note that 100% of the full tuition will be forfeited if one of the following occurs:
- The registrant does not enroll in another program within one year of the original start date
- The registrant transfers more than once
