We are currently seeking applications for the following positions.

All positions are for Singapore citizens or permanent residents unless otherwise stated.

The Operations Admin Executive assists with student support and coordination of activities for our Executive MBA and Executive Education programs.
Duties include:
  • Provide excellent service to existing customers and visiting faculty members
  • To perform general office administration and support daily operations
  • Liaising with visiting faculty for accommodation during their teaching sessions in Singapore
  • Processing and issuance of invoices and receipts with Quickbooks
  • Sending reminders to students on fee payment
  • Plan and order teabreaks for classes
  • Issuing of course materials to students
  • Participate in program previews and exhibitions
  • Attending phone calls, visitors and guests
  • Supporting annual graduation ceremony and events held throughout the year
  • Administrative support as directed by the management
Skills required:
  • Someone who is punctual and responsible
  • Diploma/Degree holder with administrative experience. An educational business background is an advantage
  • Candidates with min 3 years experience in customer service
  • Good communication & presentation skills and confident communicating with senior executives
  • Articulate, a dynamic personality, excellent interpersonal skills, and possess a great deal of initiative
  • Able to work on 1 weekday evening per month for Open House
  • Ability to remain patient and calm under pressure
  • Able to issue invoices and payment receipts on Quickbooks online
  • Able to assist with compilation of documents for sales proposals
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

Working Hours

Weekdays 10am to 7pm
Occasional evenings and Saturday mornings (average once per month)

Classroom assistants help our professors by ensuring the teaching environment is maintained and classroom logistics runs smoothly. This allows our professors to focus solely upon teaching the students and setting tasks for them to complete. Classroom assistants provide support for professors whilst they perform their tasks in the classroom. They are responsible for making the teaching environment ready for teaching prior to the beginning of each lesson and supporting the professor whilst the subject is in progress.

Duties include:

  • Assist with classroom set up and maintenance, including tidying of classroom
  • Setting up of breaks, and clearing afterwards
  • Liaising with caterers and food vendors for food deliveries and pickups
  • Opening up and closing classrooms for professors and students
  • Some basic administration tasks

Skills required:

  • Someone who is punctual and responsible
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Ability to remain patient and calm under pressure
  • Ability to use one’s own initiative
  • Some computer skills – familiarity with projectors, computers is required to assist visiting professors
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

Working Hours

  • Weekends per month (average 2 per month) : 8.15am to 6.30pm (9hr 15mins per day)
  • Weekday evenings (Tue & Thurs): 5.30pm to 10pm (4.5 hours per evening)
